We spent many summers in the Canadian prairies, at grandma’s house. Good company, coffee for breakfast and dessert, and everything we consumed was made from scratch with intentional ingredients.
With the same values, we opened up Prairie House Coffee in 2021. Not too long after, we began roasting. Sourcing intentionally and honoring everyone involved—from the farmers and producers that grow and develop the coffee, to our Scandinavian ancestors with our nordic-style roasting.

Our shops emphasize local and organic ingredients. Everything we make is from scratch, in house, with the same love our grandmother used. We are entirely gluten free.
We source our coffee with intentionality—searching for exceptional green coffees with an emphasis on single-farms and organic practices. We seek to develop these relationships and support the same farmers and producers year after year, providing consistency and supporting a direct relationship.
